The LEM series of oven ensures the traditional baking quality of the steam tube oven in a compact design with reduced overall dimensions. They are easy to use and at a reasonable price compatible with a start-up or small scale bakery.

A manual loader can also be fitted to help with loading/unloading.

 Baking temperature of 300C maximum

 2 versions, both with 4 decks and 1 door/deck

 Baking surface of 4m or 6m

 Heating: Gas/Light oil burner
