         The LEM series of oven ensures the traditional baking quality of the steam tube oven in a compact design with reduced overall dimensions. They are easy to use and at a reasonable price compatible with a start-up or small scale bakery.

         A manual loader can also be fitted to help with loading/unloading.

¨ Baking temperature of 300C maximum

¨ 2 versions, both with 4 decks and 1 door/deck

¨ Baking surface of 4m² or 6m²

¨ Heating: Gas/Light oil burner
