Retarder Provers

TSE and TSL series

                                           Australia’s most popular Retarder Prover, with

                                             over 250 units currently in bakeries in every

                                             State. Many different sizes and configurations

                                             available, with the most popular models being

                                             the TSE157177, (4/5 rack) and the

                                             TSE117177, (3 rack)

ARFL series

                                             Designed for the smaller bakery or pastry shop,

                                             this compact, single rack retarder prover is

Provers

CL  and CLE series

                                            

                                             A sturdy, general purpose prover with an

                                             integrated floor. 1 or 2 door version available,

                                             equipped with a glass window to allow

FBS series

 

                                        FBS also custom build provers to suit the space

                                             available. These are fitted with an Italian made

                                             Heat and Humidity unit which is mounted on

                                             the roof of the prover, allowing all the free

                                             space inside the room to be utilized. The photo

                                             shows a common configuration in Baker’s

                                             Delight stores, a 4/5 rack Retarder Prover and a
