FBS CUSTOM PROVERS

FBS also custom build provers to suit the space available. These are fitted with an Italian-made Heat and Humidity unit which is mounted on the roof of the prover, allowing all the free space inside the room to be utilised. A common configuration in Baker’s Delight stores, a 4/5 rack Retarder Prover and a 3 rack Prover.
