FBS started as a service and maintenance company over 20 years ago when we observed a huge gap in the bakery industry, we have continued to run a successful team of highly skilled techs that help to support this standalone department of FBS.

We have a fully equipped workshop with all the tools and machinery necessary to carry out rebuilds, maintenance, and day-to-day repairs on all bakery equipment from the large commercial units down to the retail-sized units.

FBS currently has over 10 different loan machines available for unexpected major breakdowns, transport is supplied by either specialised machinery trailer or a unique hydraulic floor van designed specially to transport ATM but has been converted for bakery machinery, offering a great OHS option compared to cranes and such like.

FBS offers a genuine 24hr / 7 days breakdown service operated by our full-time qualified technicians as well as specialised trades such as refrigeration mechanics, boilermakers, and motor rewinders on standby to help resolve breakdown issues in a cost-effective and competent manner.

Although many bakery suppliers only have service to support their warranty period, FBS takes pride in its ability to offer a full maintenance and repair service on all machinery and equipment and carry out those required works in a professional, timely, and cost-effective manner.

The type of work has also expanded, and we currently add a vast array of services to our maintenance work.
